A one-off, non-refundable application fee of $50 applies to all new memberships. The fee covers credentialling review and is not returned if your application is not approved.

Step 1
Pay application fee
$50 non-refundable. Paid via Stripe before uploading documents.
The $50 application fee covers the time and labour of the credentialling review and is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
Payment is handled securely through Stripe at the start of the application form. You'll receive a tax receipt by email immediately after payment.
If your application later needs additional information, you won't be charged again to resubmit.
Step 2
Upload supporting documents
Qualification, registration, and practice evidence. PDF / JPEG / PNG, 10 MB max per file.
If you are AHPRA-registered
Your current AHPRA registration is the primary qualification evidence. Applies to psychologists, psychiatrists, registered nurses, occupational therapists, and other AHPRA-regulated professions.
If you are not AHPRA-registered
Applies to counsellors, pastoral care workers, integration specialists, harm reduction workers, social workers in non-AHPRA jurisdictions, and overseas practitioners. Provide one or more of:
- Qualification certificate (Degree, Masters, Diploma, or Certificate IV or above in healthcare, mental health, social work, counselling, education, or pastoral care)
- Employment letter from current or recent practice context
- Clinical supervision records covering the last 12 months
- Overseas qualifications or registration evidence (English translation if required)
- Membership of an equivalent professional body such as PACFA, ACA, AASW, or international equivalent
Accredited User pathway only
If you're applying for the credentialling pathway, please also include evidence of PAT-specific training, supervised PAT experience, and PAT-relevant continuing professional development.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG. Maximum 10 MB per file. Combine multiple pages into single PDFs where possible.
Step 3
Approval and welcome
Reviewed within five working days. Welcome email with member portal access.
Applications are reviewed by AMAPP's credentialling team within five working days of submission. You'll receive an email with the outcome.
Approved applications receive a welcome email with login credentials for the member portal, an invitation to the Mighty Networks community, and immediate access to the next monthly webinar and peer supervision session.
If your application needs additional information, the credentialling team will email you with the specifics. You won't be charged again to resubmit.
Step 4
Annual subscription
Direct debit for $300 standard or $150 concession. Pause or cancel any time.
Your annual subscription is collected by direct debit on your join date and renews automatically each year on the same date.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by emailing info@amapp.org.au. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Refunds: contact info@amapp.org.au within the first 30 days of renewal for a pro rata refund. After 30 days, subscriptions continue until your next renewal date.
